Check this box if you wish to sell your small work. An email address will be published which prospective buyers may contact to inquire about a specific piece. ASBA will forward inquiries directly to the artist to follow up. Sales will be between the artist and the buyer. The purchase of Small Works may be made directly with artists. 30% of the purchase price is returned to ASBA.
In order to properly jury your entry, you MUST submit a high resolution image (300 dpi, 8-10” high). File size may not exceed 30MB. Please use the following naming convention when naming your file: Last Name - Title of Artwork.jpg (example: Williams-BirdOfParadise.jpg). Please do not include any characters in your filename other than letters, numbers and hyphens. Other special characters in the filename such as tildes and apostrophes will prevent the file from uploading properly.
Includes permission to use in the journal, on the cover, accompanying articles or elsewhere, not directly associated with the exhibition for which the artwork is being submitted. Publication in the journal is at the discretion of the Journal Editor.
Includes permission to use on website home page, accompanying articles, within online galleries, or elsewhere, not directly associated with the exhibition for which the artwork is being submitted. Publication on the website is at the discretion of the Webmaster.
Includes permission to use in ASBA literature, brochures, flyers, or other materials to promote the organization.
Check if you would like to sell your Small Works artwork after the Small Works Exhibition at the Annual Conference. A donation of a portion or all of the sales amount will be made to ASBA. You will be contacted with more information. NOTE: this ONLY applies to entries for the Small Works Exhibition at the Annual Conference
By checking this box, I acknowledge I have read the call for entries for the exhibition I am entering (published in the Botanical Artist and online at asba-art.org) and agree to the provisions contained therein. Works submitted are my sole creation, with all media hand-applied by me, the artist. Images submitted for this exhibition may be used in a catalog, publicity for the exhibition, or for educational or interpretive purposes, and may be used online for promoting the exhibition before, during and after its run without further permission being sought.
